FFL Transfers
Standard Transfers-We charge a receiving/transfer fee of $35.00 per item for standard, non-NFA Transfers. As of January 1, 2019. Out of state retail purchases are subject to NV sales tax
Unscheduled(Blind Transfer)-What is a blind transfer? It is any item we receive in our store that we were not notified was coming to us by the transferee, (the person picking up the transfer from us). We charge a non-negotiable $50.00 per item blind transfer fee, in addition to our standard transfer fee, to release any item we receive where you did not notify us that it was coming. As of January 1, 2019.

1.1 What if I can't find the gear I want?
If you don't see the product you are looking for simply send us an email or give us a call and we can give you a price quote. We can have your product ordered and shipped or ready for pickup in 3-7 business days.
1.2 What payments do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and cash.
1.3 Return policy
All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. All other items may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Restocking fee may apply.
1.4 Firearm Purchase Policy
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Firearms will ONLY be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. If applicable add FFL dealer info in the additional info spot at checkout. Please ensure that you make contact with the dealer so they can receive your transfer
USED FIREARMS
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available.
1.5 Ammunition Purchase Policy
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
1.6 Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for most items shipped.
